A wish for prosperity for all

The Times (South Africa) - - OPINIONOPINION ANDLETTERS - — Ed Joubert, Johannesburg

I DISAGREE with Narendh Ganesh (Letters, Tuesday) that the country is doomed. That more prominent politicians are prepared to stand up against corruption is a line in the sand.

It is in all our interests that the ANC, small or big, returns to some of the values that founded the party.

Even if the opposition rules after 2019, people with integrity will be vital to the governing party and the opposition.

If South Africans can embrace an entrepreneurial skill, even if every business doesn’t succeed, the life lessons gained equip them for challenges down the road.

Let’s wish prosperity in our fellow man.

Out of this come jobs, growth and transformation.
