BERRY-BEET SPEED SMOOTHIE BOWL

SERVES 1-2 Per­for­mance-en­hanc­ing beet­root and dates get to­gether in a great-tast­ing smoothie packed with nu­tri­ents and an­tiox­i­dants. ½ cup frozen rasp­ber­ries Hand­ful of ice cubes

180ml (¾ cup) al­mond milk

15ml (1 tbsp) chia seeds

2.5ml ( tsp) ground cin­na­mon Pinch of vanilla pow­der

TOP­PING

15ml (1 tbsp) toasted co­conut flakes

15ml (1 tbsp) raw al­mond flakes

5-6 straw­ber­ries, sliced

Pinch of chia seeds

Method

Com­bine all the bowl in­gre­di­ents in a blender and blend on high speed un­til smooth. Serve im­me­di­ately in a bowl with the top­ping in­gre­di­ents ar­ranged on top.
