Husqvarna takes enduro to new level
HUSQVARNA Motorcycles is proud to offer the first look at the sophisticated, all-new 2017 enduro model range, a line-up of seven bikes designed to excel in all conditions while supporting riders of all abilities as they blaze new trails and extend the limits of enduro riding.
Offering the next level of enduro experience, Husqvarna’s two-stroke TX 125, TE 250 and 300, as well as the four-stroke FE 250, 350, 450 and 501, models represent further progression for the historic brand’s off-road motorcycle range.
Featuring class-leading components combined with low weight and progressive design, the complete range of engines offers improved performance with a smooth and controllable power output across the full power range.
Reduced weight ensures the 2017 generation Husqvarna enduro models deliver best-in-class handling and performance on all terrain. Bristling with technological innovations such as composite carbon fibre sub-frames, WP Xplor 48 forks and linkage rear suspension, together with optimised frame flexibility, it ensures riders can push their personal limits to the next level.
Husqvarna Motorcycles is recalling specific frame numbers of the 2016 FC 250 machines to authorised Husqvarna dealers for complete crankshaft replacement.
Following market investigations by Husqvarna Motorcycles, it has been determined that deviations in the manufacturing process of the connecting rod may result in early failure and fracturing of the conrod under certain load conditions. Husqvarna Motorcycles is therefore issuing an instruction to replace the complete crankshaft on affected bikes. Customers can check online in the “Service” area of the Husqvarna Motorcycles website to determine if their motorcycle is affected by this recall.
