“I love doing smoky eyes on brides,” says Bailey. “Always prep
the eye area with a primer to ensure the shadow holds. Next,
apply the darkest tone (I recommend a dark charcoal) onto the lid and blend it up into the crease of the eye. Using a soft black liner, draw a line close to both the top and bottom lash line. Blend both well. Apply a golden
highlighter just under the brow bone to bring light to the area. Finish off with two to three coats ofblack mascara.
