My husband and I met three years ago through mutual friends. They invited me for lunch, and when I got there, Lunga was leaving so we met briefly. My friends arranged our first date and things took off from there.

My favourite moment was seeing my family and friends as I walked down the ai sl e, because t heir support and l ove means the world to me. My wedding was perfect and I wouldn’t chang e anything about it.

I didn’t face any challenges while planning the wedding because I had the best team helping me. They always gave me plenty of options to choose from that reflected both Lunga and my personality and style.

My big day was absolutely beautiful, and looked like an absolute fairy- tale! The best part of the reception was the tables, and the double- sided entertainment stage looked incredible! Lunga got exactly what he wanted – a sophisticated cigar and whisky lounge where he could relax with all his boys!

The most fulfilling part of my wedding was saying “I do” to the man I truly love and adore. I found my gorgeous dress two years ag o at the Wedding Expo. It’s created by F Wilson. I tried on so many dresses at that expo, but immediately fell in love with this one! It’s a one- of- a- kind creation.

The most touching speech was by my mom. Before she said anything, she sang my favourite song growing up: Mercy. She kn ow s t hat song g ot me t hrough l i f e ’s obst a c l e s a nd made my f a i t h i n God strong er.

We’re still deciding on our honeymoon destination because we’ve been almost everywhere in the world together.
