As women we often wonder if having it all – marriage, children, a successful career and more is actually possible. Businesswoman and mom Yashmita Bhana, founder and managing director of Nihka Consulting, says, “You can have it all but not at the same time.” It’s not about having everything in perfect equilibrium, it’s achievable in different stages and times. In her view, technology can be both a blessing and a curse in the challenge of juggling work and home life. “My family implemented a ‘no-screen-time rule’ for two hours every day and it has definitely improved our quality time.” Responsible delegation will also keep you from burning out. “The trick here is letting go and trusting others to do their work,” she adds. “I can definitely have it all. I just don’t have to have it all at the same time.”
