STEAMED ASIAN SALMON NOO­DLES

4 salmon fil­lets Bunch co­rian­der, chopped 3 red chill­ies, chopped 2 cloves gar­lic, crushed 1cm gin­ger, grated 1 lime, zested and juiced

¼ cup olive oil 200g noo­dles 50g green beans, thinly sliced 50g snap peas

Method

1. In a large bowl, mix co­rian­der, chill­ies, gar­lic, gin­ger, lime juice, zest and olive oil. Keep chilled in the fridge. 2. Thread the salmon fil­lets on skew­ers. In a steamer, add the noo­dles, snap peas and beans. Place the salmon skew­ers on top and steam for 15 min­utes. 3. Serve warm with the co­rian­der dress­ing.
