SPARKLING MOJITO POPSICLES

Ingredients

4 limes, sliced Bunch mint leaves

3 tbsp castor sugar 100ml vodka

4 cups soda water

Method

1. In a jug, place limes, mint and sugar until well blended. Add vodka and soda water to the mix.

2. Place in moulds and put in a freezer for two to four hours, until frozen. Serve.
