Ba­nana and honey smoothie bowl

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

250ml Greek yo­ghurt 30ml honey

2 frozen ba­nanas 60ml ce­real like Fu­ture­life or Pronu­tro 30ml dried pear 60ml fresh or­ange juice

15-30ml peanut but­ter 1ml ground cin­na­mon (op­tional)

Top­pings: Toasted muesli, sliced ba­nanas, honey, sliced dried pear, crushed peanut brit­tle, ed­i­ble flow­ers.

METHOD:

Process the in­gre­di­ents in a blender un­til smooth. Pour into bowls. Top with top­ping in­gre­di­ents. Eat im­me­di­ately.
