6 crois­sants 1/4 cup cream cheese 1/2 cup co­rian­der pesto 200 g thinly sliced sal­mon

METHOD

1. Open the crois­sants in half, spread the cream cheese thinly, fol­lowed by pesto and top with sal­mon. Cut in half. Serve.
