Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane brings a different spin to the entertainment scene with his pop-up dinners called Café Tibz, where patrons are treated to scrumptious meals paired with unique drinks.
A former artist manager, Tebello turned to the culinary world to explore his cooking skills, and share his passion for fine food with his social media followers. The pop-up dinners have become so successful, the entrepreneur has since partnered with Wildekrans Wine Estate to create a bubbly called Atelier MCC. “Our MCCs are made in the same fashion as the French méthode champenoise. We have a 2013 Chenin Brut Rose and a 2011 Blanc de Noir," he says
His earliest food memory is when his mother would prepare slow-cooked comfort food every Sunday, leaving their home filled with appetising 'seven-colour' aromas.
