hi tv­plus, i hear openview’s adding a lot of new shows. what can we look for­ward to?

the start of 2015 is set to be a great year for lo­cal con­tent, with tons of new shows sched­uled to start on ekasi+. kasi cribs is prob­a­bly the se­ries we’re most ex­cited about. this re­al­ity show, sim­i­lar to mtv’s cribs (20002011) starts in fe­bru­ary and will take us into some of the most out­ra­geous town­ship homes in sa and will be pre­sented by in­ter­sex­ions ac­tor siyabonga radebe. jan­uary will wel­come ma­hadi: lobola, a re­al­ity show that ex­plores the chal­lenges and joys of lobola ne­go­ti­a­tions. also ex­pect some­thing trop­i­cal and un­usual with drama se­ries umlilo on mon­day 9 fe­bru­ary at 21:00 on e.tv. fo­cus­ing on a man and his three wives, it delves into the in­tri­ca­cies of polygamy and fea­tures isi­baya’s nomzamo mbatha, 4play: sex tip for girls’ daniel hadebe and back­stage’s nokuthula led­waba. traf­fic! fans will also be thrilled to hear that there’s a sec­ond sea­son of this lo­cal crime drama head­ing our way in april 2015.
