A random drug search at the gym uncovers steroids in one of the boxers’ gym bags, while Mandla stands strong on his decision to send Sli to Durban. Kabelo’s behaviour changes and he becomes more aggressive, while Ruth and Mandla’s troubled past is revealed. Later, Gugu offers to help calm down Kabelo and get him off drugs, and stubborn Sli disobeys her father and refuses to go to Durban.
