Comedian Chris Forrest takes the reigns as host of 13-episode local celeb talkand gameshow Is That A Fact? (2017-current). His job is to roast the four celebs in each episode and find out if their “stories” are fact or fiction made up by writers. Helping make Chris’s job easier is the studio audience and tvplus was on set during filming…

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The celebs start with 100 points. If they get away with their fib (about anything from where they grew up to a hidden talent – and only PG-rated topics), they get 10 points. If they get caught out in their lie, 10 points are docked from their score. And host Chris can throw them a bonus point or two for things like singing, jokes and dancing on tables. The celeb with the most points at the end of the episode is crowned champiom.

PRECISELY SPEAKING

Episodes are broken into four segments and at the end of each, the celeb reveals if their story was fact or fiction by pressing a green (yes) or red (no) button. The sections are split in to Storytelling, Six Degrees Of Separation, Photo Identification and Cross-Examination.
