Julie has a list of suspects who could have shot Nick, and Will tells Sonny to take the gun back to Victor. Rafe is still questioning EJ, and later Hope questions Rafe about what happened to Nick. Sonny is taken to the police station, and Marlena plays a message to Hope that Nick left. Brady wants to take things slow with Theresa, and Sami wonders if Lucas thinks that Will shot Nick. Sami hears Nick’s message for Marlena, and Kate discovers that her gun has been taken from her drawer. Later the doctors tell everyone at the hospital that Nick has dead.
