Grey Damon and his cop character Brian Shafe are hunting serial killer Charles Manson (Gethin Anthony) in fictional drama Aquarius (2015-2016) and he loves Brian’s duality. “He isn’t really a cop. He’s undercover, so he’s got to pretend to be whatever the situation calls for,” says Grey. As it turns out, Grey took a lesson on being stealthy, because he’s super private about his life…

1 The 29-year-old grew up wanting to be a cartoonist and animator, adding that “my favourite [graphic novel] is The Walking Dead (2003-current).

2 Grey did back-flips in 2013 when he was invited to the 10th anniversary Walking Dead party at ComicCon because he got to meet the cast of the show that started in 2010.

3 He got into acting after being sent to drama camps for the summer holidays, “But I never thought it would be a career,” says the actor. Turns out the casting directors from the Denver Theater Center thought otherwise in the mid 2000s and cast him as Peter Cratchit in their Christmas Carol play.

4 Grey’s film and TV career kicked off in 2009 as a waiter in reboot series 90210 (2008-2013) and he had to wait a year until his first “recurring role”, as quarterback Kitch Maynard for three episodes of vampire series True Blood (2008-2014).

5 He’s been dating Alice 5 Greczyn (Laurie in the 2005 Dukes Of Hazzard reboot film) since 2014 but jokes, “She knows about my celebrity “pass” – Kerry Washington, Olivia Pope in Alice The Fixer (2012-current). Greczyn.

6 And as for hobbies and downtime, Grey still loves his sketching.
