You Ask

TV Plus (South Africa) - - IN THIS ISSUE -

Working in the magazine industry is like being a multi-talented athlete. The production phase lasts two week – imagine it as a marathon. And on deadline day it suddenly becomes a 100m sprint where before you know it, the printers are asking for their pages. This has been a particularly hectic issue with loads of changes from the channels and new shows starting and old shows ending. But I’m most excited about the return of reality supershow The Amazing Race (2001- current) and how it has evolved with society. Imagine having lunch at a coffee shop and the Racers speed past. Thanks to hashtags and social media, you can tag them and instantly become part of the show – check out our preview of season 25 on p31. But if that’s not your style and you’re after something more dramatic, don’t miss read Days Of Our Lives (1965- current) in its new e.tv home on p22 as Kate and Sami team up to take down the DiMera family. All that power! Mwahahaha!

Amazing Race’s host Phil Keoghan.
