TV Plus (South Africa) - - SKEEM SAAM PREVIEW -

Skeem Saam Weekdays SABC1 (*191) 18:30 OCTOBER

Marothi plays the hero for once and helps Mapitsi take down Lehasa for stealing her sister’s business in 2016, and Leeto’s parents give him an ultimatum: his thieving stepson Noah or them. Lehasa thinks that someone is digging through his past, his business deals and where he made his money, and Mokgadi orders Leeto to stand by her in her fight against his parents John and Meikie. Marothi is furious when he learns that Rachel used muti to win him back, and Botshelo plays matchmaker for Mapitsi and Sphola.

NOVEMBER

Mary’s reaction to her grandson Noah’s behaviour makes Meikie suspicious of Mary and her daughter Mokgadi, and Sphola and Mapitsi go on a couples’ retreat. Fanie uses his computer skills to help Lehasa ruin Marothi’s career, and the Maputla family are shocked when Noah’s connection to a gang is exposed. Marothi proposes to Rachel, and John tries to keep the police off Noah’s trail. Rachel’s family want her to dump Marothi immediately, Noah lies about where he’s been, and Mapitsi breaks up with Sphola after he gets in trouble with the law.

DECEMBER

Rachel doesn’t know how to make her family accept her fiancé Marothi, while Mapitsi continues to shut Sphola out of her life. Evidence makes it seem that Mary is to blame for Noah’s downward spiral, and Sphola falls into a love depression. Elizabeth tries to lift her jobless mom Principal Thobakgale’s spirits by convincing her to look for work, and Rachel’s family bombard Marothi with questions about his late wife. Meikie brings up her husband John’s affair with Charity before their vow-renewal ceremony, and Principal Thobakgale feels like she is back in control of her chaotic life. Mokgadi and Leeto’s marriage is hanging by a thread thanks to their non-stop fighting about Noah, and MaNtuli raises her concerns about an emotionally strained Elizabeth. Elsewhere, Noah lashes out at his family and threatens to pull out of the annual Turfloop Extravaganza.

Lehasa (inset) doesn’t know it but his rival Marothi (main) is spearheading an attack on him.

Mapitsi is ready to get back into the dating game.
