Loafers must go, says ANC chief whip

Weekend Argus (Saturday Edition) - - NEWS -

THE ANC should not embarrass itself by deploying public servants who loaf around, its parliamentary chief whip Mathole Motshekga said yesterday at the party’s Chris Hani regional conference in the Eastern Cape.

He said the Zuma administration would not tolerate people who drove fancy cars and lived luxurious lifestyles while communities around them lived in abject poverty. “The time for public servants to loaf around and expect huge salary increases and millions of rands of bonuses is over.” – Sapa
