Five Flies spokesperson DUE to popular demand, Five Flies Restaurant has extended its R125 winter promotion.

Easing the impact

The current credit crunch is a reality and, to ease the impact, Five Flies will be offering a two-course meal from the current menu, including a complimentary glass of wine for only R125 a person.

Five Flies is celebrating its 10-year anniversary and, to highlight this special occasion, it has taken the prices back to what they were 10 years ago.

This occurred on the first Saturday in the past three months. This promotion was successful but many people did not have the opportunity to celebrate with us, so owner Alex van Nes has decided to extend the “Super Saturdays” to include September as well. Bookings are essential.

The dishes available on this special menu are a selection of the hot favourites over the past 10 years.

Alex has decided that he needs to also reward Cape Town for its loyal support.

Alex comments: “Our Cape Town patrons have been so dedicated and have established us as one of Cape Town’s top restaurants, so I felt the need to give something back.”
