Policemen let off after woman’s rape
THE SAGA of a Pretoria woman, who was allegedly raped by a policeman, took a turn for the worse when the suspects in her attack were released.
The woman has accused police of deliberately not putting the suspects, who are all policemen, in a line-up which took place yesterday.
The policeman’s three colleagues are alleged to have ignored the victim’s screams while she was being raped at the Rustenburg police station in September.
The Independent Complaints Directorate confirmed the men had been released and ruled out as suspects.
