Boy, 3, beats his friend with car­jack

LON­DON: A boy who was at­tacked by his three-year-old play­mate with a car­jack, can claim com­pen­sa­tion from a Bri­tish gov­ern­ment body that helps crime vic­tims, lawyers said. Jay Jones, also three at the time, needed stitches to his face af­ter an­other tod­dler struck him 11 times on the head. A judge will de­cide on com­pen­sa­tion.
