MANY com­mer­cial, in­dus­trial and de­vel­op­ment prop­er­ties are go­ing un­der the ham­mer at Clare­Mart’s next com­mer­cial auc­tion on Wed­nes­day at Cape Town’s Mount Nel­son Ho­tel.

To­plin House, a na­tion­ally ten­anted build­ing in the north­ern sub­urbs, is for sale. Sit­u­ated on a cor­ner at 217-219 Voortrekker Road in Parow, the prop­erty en­joys in­come of R1.45 mil­lion a year and more rental po­ten­tial.
