Weekend Argus (Saturday Edition) - - AUCTIONS -

A TIMBER home in Welcome Glen, just outside Simon’s Town, will be auctioned off at 11.30am on November 19.

Vacant plots there sell for more than R700 000 and a similar timber house sold for more than R1.5 million a few weeks ago.

It’s light weight and strong, durable, suited to all weather, environmentally friendly and thermally efficient ,and all structural timber in South Africa is harvested from sustainably managed local forests.

The house has two bedrooms with built-in cupboards and en-suite bathrooms, a lounge/TV room, open-plan kitchen with built-in cupboards, a loft with mezzanine, undercover parking and an undercover veranda.

Julius Buchinsky Group will hold the auction on site at 49 Gleneagle Road, Welcome Glen.
