SEASIDE and coastal properties in the Western Cape are being sold at auction as a matter of urgency, says ClareMart director Andrew Koch.
In the seaside town of Vermont in the Overberg, and next to Hermanus, a designer home on a private lake and bird sanctuary is on offer.
