Rawson launches its auction division at Gordons Bay
R AW S O N P r o p e r t i e s h av e launched their auction division and will hold their first auction at 12pm on January 27.
The division will be headed by Tanya Jovanovski, one of Cape Town’s high-profile business personalities. She has worked in the property arena for more than 20 years and has headed commercial, residential and industrial brokerage firms as well as her own property company.
She was the founder of The Business Network and the Property Investors’ Breakfast (which enabled those in property to acquire infor mation a n d a dv i c e f r o m l e a d i n g figures). She is also a motivational speaker and has written 10 books.
Their first auction will be of an upmarket property in the Firlands area of Gordons Bay. The auction will take place on site.
The 1.01-hectare property is situated on the slopes of Protea Heights and offers mountain and sea views.
It consists of a large home as well as five two-bedroom cottages.
The main house has nine bedrooms, of which seven have en-suite bathrooms, and eight bathrooms. The bathrooms are of modern design and boast upmarket finishes.
