R2.5bn sales at V&A Ma­rina

MORE THAN R2.5 bil­lion worth of units have been sold at the V&A Ma­rina since 2000, says Emelia van der Linde of Se­eff Prop­er­ties, who sold the R110 mil­lion “One and Only” Pent­house.

“There are 517 apart­ments at the ma­rina and 27 sales took place last year, pro­vid­ing a good in­di­ca­tion of the sta­bil­ity of the de­vel­op­ment, even dur­ing the pro­tracted prop­erty slump,” says Van der Linde.

“The high­est price paid for a res­i­den­tial V&A Ma­rina pent­house this year was R95 923/m Prices for av­er­age two-bed­room units on the front yacht basin start from R16.5 mil­lion, or R81 683/m2 and av­er­age three-bed­room units on the front yacht basin are priced from R22m or R86 274/m2,” she says.

Se­eff Prop­er­ties is mar­ket­ing the 833m2 Pin­more pent­house on the front yacht basin at R78m or R93 637/m2. Pin­more con­tains five apart­ments and a pent­house.
