THREE new townhouses and three office units in the Crest Estate development and office park in Durbanville will go under the ClareMart Auction Group hammer, as instructed by Gijsbers Attorneys and Progressive Administration, the joint liquidators.
The secure estate is on the corner of Brackenfell Boulevard and Goedemoed Street in Durbanville, says Andrew Koch, managing director of the auction group.
The office units – Nos 5, 6 and 7 – measure 100m², 177m² and 310m² respectively, he says.
Unit No 5, which is on the first floor of the three-storey building, has a sliding door leading to a balcony, and also a storeroom and a parking bay. Unit No 6, also on the first floor, has a sliding door that opens on to two balconies; and Unit No 7, on the top floor, has three balconies, says Koch.
The townhouses are further away from the front of the estate, which has the feel of a s mal l - t ow n c o mmunit y, h e says. They are also close to the Graanendal shopping centre, which includes a Pick n Pay outlet, as well as to schools and other amenities.
“Townhouse Unit No 8, which measures 232m², comprises three bedrooms with main en-suite, a family bathroom, a combined dining room and lounge, a kitchen and a scullery. In addition, it has a large outside entertainment area and a double garage.”
Units 10 and 11 offer similar accommodation but, in addition, each has a single parking bay. These townhouses measure 207m² and 200m² respectively, he says.
