POWELLS AUCTION & Valuat i on Specialists has been instructed at short notice to urgently auction off four Garden Route properties, all in prime locations.
Powells director and auctioneer, Mark Gadd, says: “All four properties are urgent sales and must go on the fall of the hammer. Though they all have reserve prices, the expectations are all way below the current market value, giving discerning bidders the opportunity to buy these properties as investments, permanent residences or holiday homes.”
All the properties will all be auctioned on site.
In Plettenberg Bay, 16 Green Point Mews, Upper Robberg, is in a complex regarded as one of the most desirable in the town. Amenities include a large communal swimming pool and braai area, making this an ideal permanent or holiday home.
