Angola daily crude to rise in February
LONDON: Angola’s daily crude oil exports are set to rise in February to at least 1.82 million barrels per day (bpd), according to a provisional loading programme Reuters saw yesterday, leaving them significantly above the 2011 average.
Average export volumes for 2011 stood at 1.63 million bpd, according to Reuters calculations. The figures also represent a hike from the 1.67 million bpd originally planned for January.
Angola is Africa’s second largest oil producer after Nigeria which monthly regularly exports around 2 million bpd.
