Weekend Argus (Saturday Edition) - - PEOPLE -

LONDON: In her striking red coat, the Duchess of Cambridge looked as elegant as ever as she helped promote the Poppy Appeal in London.

But her fellow new mothers may have been a little relieved to see that even the immaculate Kate isn’t exempt from a few tell- tale signs of sleepless nights. There appeared to be a smattering of grey hairs in her new centre parting, while her eyes were perhaps a little shadowed.

Not that either could compete with her broad smile as she and her husband, Prince William, surprised commuters at High Street Kensington underground station this week.

The couple made the short journey on a classic 1960s London Routemaster bus, accompanied by forces personnel and poppy sellers.

They were helping to promote a Royal British Legion effort to raise £ 1 million (R16.5m) for forces charities in a single day – Daily Mail

STRIKING: Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge.
