Tyger­berg Hills es­tate near­ing com­ple­tion

THE FI­NAL phase has been launched at Baronetcy Es­tate, a de­vel­op­ment on some of the last re­main­ing land avail­able for de­vel­op­ment high up in Tyger­berg Hills.

Baronetcy Es­tate is just north of Plat­tek­loof, and abuts winelands and the Tyger­berg Na­ture Re­serve.

The es­tate is 25km from Cape Town In­ter­na­tional Air­port, 30km from the Cape Town CBD and 2km from Panorama Mediclinic.

The fi­nal phase con­sists of 82 plots with un­ob­structed views of Ta­ble Moun­tain, Robben Is­land and Ta­ble Bay. Since the launch, 15 plots have been sold. Prices range from R1.75 mil­lion to R4m and plot sizes vary from 815m to 2 040m2.

“The com­pleted houses in the ex­ist­ing es­tate have al­ready be­gun to re­flect their in­vest­ment value. Sell­ing prices in the up­per range started at R9 000/m in 2010 and in­creased in 2013 to R17 000/ m2,” said ma r k e t i n g a g e n t D a v i d Prinsloo.

“Ac­cess to the es­tate is mon­i­tored by staff at a 24-hour manned se­cu­rity gate. The fi­nal bound­ary se­cu­rity fenc­ing will in­cor­po­rate ther­mal cam­eras re­motely mon­i­tored to fur­ther en­hance se­cu­rity.
