Launch of the Parklands North security enclave

THE ASKA SPOKESPERS­ON THE Aska sales team report that the launch of phase 1 of the Parklands North Security Enclave has surpassed all expectatio­ns and seen just shy of R50 million worth of single residentia­l land sales being snapped up within three-hours of being put to the market. Dave Macleod-Elliott, sales director of Aska Property Group reports that it h a s b e e n s o me t i me s i n c e w e h a v e e x p e r i e n c e d s u c h unpreceden­ted demand of this magnitude, at a property launch. We haven’t even approached our short list yet, which consist of a significan­t amount of interested investment buyers and end-users that have been waiting for the launch of this developmen­t, let alone the general public. The sales team are gearing up to launch the next phase of the “the Security Enclave” which will take place hopefully as soon as early February next year. The Parklands North Security Enclave offers an opportunit­y to provide a level of security without the huge costs to the owners. Parks: In addition to the 23 landscaped parks and the linear open spaces in the greater area, the enclave will provide a further three landscaped parks.
