THE ASKA SPOKESPERSON THE Aska sales team report that the launch of phase 1 of the Parklands North Security Enclave has surpassed all expectations and seen just shy of R50 million worth of single residential land sales being snapped up within three-hours of being put to the market. The Parklands North Security Enclave offers an opportunity to provide a level of security without the huge costs to the owners.
