The de­vel­op­ment has been phe­nom­e­nal cat­a­pult­ing the area from a hum­ble ex­ten­sion of Table­view to dense, vi­brant com­mu­nity with its own iden­tity and ethos. D. De­scribe any trends in the de­vel­op­ment of Park­lands that af­fect the busi­ness or that the busi­ness is in­volved in. The high den­sity cos­mopoli­tan char­ac­ter of the com­mu­nity has cre­ated a plat­formwhereby busi­nesses can feed off the var­ied needs of the com­mu­nity from small en­tre­pre­neur­ial niche busi­nesses to lead­ing brand stores in re­gional shop­ping cen­tres E. De­scribe the growth of the com­pany in the last year and plans for growth in the next year. Since com­menc­ing op­er­a­tions in 1996, PGPMS has con­sis­tently grown year on year and 2015 was no dif­fer­ent. Based on the sound plat­form of a lead­ing prop­erty brand, we will con­tinue with this strat­egy into 2016. F. What dif­fer­en­ti­ates your com­pany from sim­i­lar com­peti­tors? PGPMS has set its pri­mary goal to be the ser­vice provider of choice in ex­ten­sive gated com­mu­ni­ties that re­quire the en­hanced le­gal and financial skills that we are well po­si­tioned. With the depth of man­age­ment; spe­cial­ist sys­tems and in­house pro­fes­sional team, we are uniquely po­si­tioned to pro­vide the com­fort of house­hold brand iden­tity with en­tre­pre­neur­ial pas­sion and drive. G. Does the com­pany have any strate­gic al­liances? PGPMS works closely with well known ser­vice providers and pro­fes­sion­als in the prop­erty sec­tor to en­sure that tai­lor made so­lu­tions are found to the ex­act­ing needs of the prop­er­ties un­der our ad­min­is­tra­tion. H. What are the com­pany’s big­gest chal­lenges? The chang­ing leg­isla­tive en­vi­ron­ment and mar­ket re­sis­tance to recog­nis­ing that prop­erty man­age­ment com­pa­nies need to be remu- ner­ated at a level com­men­su­rate with the ex­pec­ta­tion and need for pro­fes­sion­al­ism and en­hanced skills. I. What are the com­pany’s fu­ture prospects/plans? To con­tinue to grow our port­fo­lio of prop­er­ties un­der man­age­ment fo­cussing on large gated com­mu­ni­ties where we are able to add value across the range of ser­vices be­ing pro­vided.
