Since then, the Company has extended its reach within the immediate surroundings and region as a whole. C. Describe what it has been like to witness the development of Parklands from its beginnings up until now? The development has been phenomenal catapulting the area from a humble extension of Tableview to dense, vibrant community with its own identity and ethos. D. Describe any trends in the development of Parklands that affect the business or that the business is involved in. The high density cosmopolitan character of the community has created a platformwhereby businesses can feed off the varied needs of the community from small entrepreneurial niche businesses to leading brand stores in regional shopping centres E. Describe the growth of the company in the last year and plans for growth in the next year. Since commencing operations in 1996, PGPMS has consistently grown year on year and 2015 was no different. Based on the sound platform of a leading property brand, we will continue with this strategy into 2016. F. What differentiates your company from similar competitors? PGPMS has set its primary goal to be the service provider of choice in extensive gated communities that require the enhanced legal and financial skills that we are well positioned. With the depth of management; specialist systems and inhouse professional team, we are uniquely positioned to provide the comfort of household brand identity with entrepreneurial passion and drive. G. Does the company have any strategic alliances? PGPMS works closely with well known service providers and professionals in the property sector to ensure that tailor made solutions are found to the exacting needs of the properties under our administration. H. What are the company’s biggest challenges? The changing legislative environment and market resistance to recognising that property management companies need to be remu- nerated at a level commensurate with the expectation and need for professionalism and enhanced skills. I. What are the company’s future prospects/plans? To continue to grow our portfolio of properties under management focussing on large gated communities where we are able to add value across the range of services being provided.
