Three flats were sold within one day of list­ing, while the me­dian num­ber of days listed was four weeks and two days – be­low the na­tional av­er­age of 11 weeks and one day.

“Mouille Point has a older age pro­file than the Wa­ter­front, with 40 per­cent of sta­ble home own­ers fall­ing into the pen­sioner cat­e­gory,” says Levy.
