Buh-Rein Estate showcases five of its developments at open day, so bring the kids
MSP IS holding an open day at BuhRein Estate tomorrow, where new show houses and apartments in five of its developments will be open for viewing.
The developments where show houses will be on view are Seville, Bortoli Villas, Sable Ridge, Langley Hills and Chandelle. The open day starts at 2pm and ends at 6pm.

The five developments on show give an overview of various options for sale in Buh-Rein Estate, two of them consisting of apartments, two with duplexes and the fifth show house is a free-standing town house.
Chandelle consists of 147 twobedroom units with one bathroom in seven blocks of three floors each, priced from R759 900. It is bordered by green open space, the multipurpose sports field and community lifestyle centre. These apartments include fitted kitchens with granite countertops, built-in cupboards in all bedrooms, a full bathroom, a bal- cony with a built-in braai, and access control. Certain ground floor units have exclusive-use garden areas.
Langley Hills is in a mature part of Buh-Rein Estate, and is one of the last apartment developments in phase one. It comprises 60 apartments with two apartment options, a 65m² unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a 70m² unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. These apartments have spacious kitchen layouts, tiled throughout, built-in cupboards and patios with built-in braais. Langley Hills borders two open spaces with play structures and jogging trails. Homes are priced from R899 900.
Sable Ridge is an intimate residential development in Buh-Rein Estate with 53 duplex units each on its own erf, made up of three types sized from 142m² to 172m². It includes a landscaped private open space with play equipment for children. Prices start from R1.549 million.
Seville consists of 31 single residential town houses, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a separate scullery and one or two garages plus a private garden, a built-in braai and patio area. Only three homes are still available in Seville, priced from R1 599 900.
Bortoli Villas consists of 65 duplex town houses each with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double garage. Access is via cell-to-gate and a 24- hour manned security boom. There are only two homes still available and prices start from R1 459 900.
Roos says: “There are about 3 000 people already living in Buh-Rein Estate, and 1 758 of the total 3 299 properties are still to be completed. The estate offers all the necessary amenities such as a conference centre, a rugby field, an outside gym with Bootcamp and Tag Rugby every Thursday. Public transport services to and from the estate include Golden Arrow bus service as well as a private shuttle service by HG Travel.”
