Mooiberge launched in Paarl

-

MOOIBERGE, a new security estate, was launched last month in Paarl overlooking mountains and vineyards.

The 59-house development provides for the high property demand in the area, boosting the steady growth of the town and its surrounds as a hub for high-return residential property investment.

Sales at Mooiberge are being undertaken by residential property investment specialists IGrow Wealth on behalf of the developer Maree 3 Trust.

Earlier developments include Vrede in Paarl, Montbard in Burgundy Estate, The Ridge in Durbanville, Bella Donna in Parklands, and Merwede in Bellville.

Construction has begun on the project close to the MediClinic and shopping precincts.

Two-, three- and four-bedroom houses are available with designer bedroom and kitchen cupboards, granite counter tops, fitted gas stoves, solar geysers and optic fibre connections.

Bond and transfer fees are included in the prices, which start from R1.85 million. Rentals are projected from R15 500 a month, according to Igrow CEO, Jacques Fouché.

“Paarl has become a prime growth node attracting high numbers of Gauteng buyers,” says Fouché.
