Chapman’s Bay Estate in demand

-

A SPECTACULAR four- bedroom, three-bathroom home has been completed in the upper reaches of the new Chapman’s Bay Estate.

The home enjoys breathtaking, uninterrupted views of False Bay and Chapman’s Bay across the Noordhoek valley, and is glassed on three sides,

Mike Greeff, CEO of Greeff Christie’s International Real Estate, says the real estate of Chapman’s Bay Estate has grown exponentially in value since the launch of phase one in 2013. “Given the demand for this kind of property, values are likely to keep climbing, however offerings are still competitively priced when compared to other security estates within a 20km radius,” he says.

The estate offers plot, plotand-plan as well as turnkey residential opportunities, ranging from two-bedroom townhouses priced from R3.75 million, to high-end four-bedroom homes with panoramic views, priced from R5.521m.

Ultimately, the estate will comprise 145 homes set among indigenous fynbos forests.
