Burg­ers are among the few fast food meals that get most peo­ple ex­cited.

But peo­ple’s di­etary choices have changed over the years, and the burger has also had to change with time.

It’s not nec­es­sary to have the tra­di­tional burger bun – you can have the patty served with a salad and sweet potato chips on the side.

The veg­etable burger op­tions are get­ting bet­ter, and even those who are on a gluten-free diet or are ve­gan can still en­joy their burg­ers with­out com­pro­mis­ing their health.
