THE SEC­OND and fi­nal phase of The Vil­lage at Clara Anna Fon­tein in Dur­banville, where to­tal sales to date have topped R1 bil­lion was re­cently launched.

Town­houses in phase two will be free- stand­ing, with pri­vate, land­scaped gar­dens. The homes range in size from 178m² to 302m² and are priced be­tween R3.7 mil­lion and R6.75m.

The 128 hectare Clara Anna Fon­tein es­tate bor­ders a pri­vate game re­serve.

It has a Red­dam House High School, which opened in Jan­uary, and a re­tire­ment de­vel­op­ment, which is yet to be launched.

Con­struc­tion of phase one is un­der way, with han­dovers and trans­fers from Oc­to­ber to March. Con­struc­tion of phase two of The Vil­lage is ex­pected to start later this year.

Project man­ager Mariska Auret says the plots in phase two range from 375m² to 530m² and buy­ers have a choice of nine modern de­signs by Ver­non Viljoen Ar­chi­tects.

All the town­houses will have dou­ble garages, fire­places and a built-in braai while some will also have a study and/or scullery.
