Si­tari scoops an­other top award

SINCE its launch al­most three years ago, Si­tari Coun­try Es­tate in the Helder­berg has been recog­nised as an epoch-mak­ing de­vel­op­ment and has achieved var­i­ous awards.

Its lat­est – Best Res­i­den­tial De­vel­op­ment Africa 2016-2017 – saw it com­pet­ing against 27 nom­i­nees from nine African coun­tries. The In­ter­na­tional Prop­erty Awards cel­e­brate top achieve­ments by prop­erty and real es­tate com­pa­nies.

“We were ec­static to re­ceive the award,” says John Coet­zee, ex­ec­u­tive di­rec­tor of Uvest Prop­erty Group, de­vel­op­ers of Si­tari Coun­try Es­tate. “We en­vi­sioned Si­tari as be­ing a top- class, pre­mium coun­try life­style des­ti­na­tion with a range of ex­clu­sive prod­ucts that suit a wide range of buy­ers. Now, as it grows, the es­tate is re­ally com­ing into its own.”

Since its launch in Septem­ber 2014, cap­i­tal growth of the R4 bil­lion 192- hectare es­tate has been strong with plots ap­pre­ci­at­ing by 69%, apart­ments 34% and homes 26%. Coet­zee said about 700 prop­er­ties were be­ing built this year.
