Breivik loses case
HOYESTERETT: Norway’s top court has dismissed Anders Breivik’s claim that solitary confinement is violating his human rights.
The Hoyesterett Supreme Court ruled there was “no basis” for a different conclusion than that reached by an appeal court in January.
Breivik is serving a 21-year sentence for the murder of 77 people in 2011.
His lawyer said he would appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.
