Libertas apartments in Buh-Rein Estate offer excellent investment

MULTI Spectrum Property’s 87 hectare, award- winning Buh-Rein Estate in the northern suburbs continues to offer great opportunities to residents and investors.

“For example, a 51m2 apartment sold for around R425 000 in 2011 and attained a monthly rental income of R3 200.

“Today, similar apartments sell for around R700 000 and rentals have doubled.”
