Chameleonic comedy set to entertain

Weekend Argus (Saturday Edition) - - FRONT PAGE -

PRESENTED by Nik Rabinowitz and directed by Loukmaan Adams, Sne Dladla’s show iChameleon opens at The Baxter Studio on Tuesday.

Dladla has won two Fleur du Cap awards – best supporting actor and best actor in a musical, a National Arts Festival Ovation Award for his first one-man show, The Joke’s On You, plus a certificate for placing joint third in the Grade 2 threelegged race. Hopefully I don’t have to explain that last one.

His second one-man show utilises music, drama, comedy, physical theatre, the human voice, big eyes and an impressive nose to investigate how humans pretend – to ourselves, each other, and the world.

iChameleon is ultimately a story of self-discovery, thought-provoking, moving and funny. It runs until July 8 and tickets are available from Computicket or 0861 915 8000.
