Woodworking firm’s assets under hammer
WH AUCTIONS Cape has been appointed by the joint provisional liquidators of United Interiors to auction off the interior manufacturing company’s assets.
The auction will be held at 10.30am on Tuesday at United Interiors’ premises in Hewett Avenue, Epping 2.
Martin Dibowitz, who heads WH Auctions Cape, says the assets from the complete woodworking plant will be on offer, including a Holzer horizontal saw, SCM panel saws, planers, table saws, thicknessers, pedestal drills, a spray booth, compressors, a dust extraction system and many small power and pneumatic tools.
Dibowitz says a 190kVA standby generator with ATS unit and various worktables will also go be sold, as will desks and chairs, filing units, PCs, plotters and printers and portable air-conditioning units.
A vehicle fleet, including four Toyota Hilux single-cab bakkies, two Ford Ranger single-cab bakkies, two Hyundai drop-side bakkies and a Nissan Livinia, will also be sold.
All the offerings may be viewed at United Interiors’ premises between 9.30am and 4pm on Monday.
