Sliding door woes resolved

Weekend Argus (Saturday Edition) - - HOME -

I AM ALWAYS nervous when I make a recommendation, but it is great when we have a positive result.

Sheila had a sliding door problem, and here is her reply.

Dear Don, thank you very much for answering my question re my problem door.

I contacted Ahmed and he came the following day to look at the door. I received his quote the same afternoon and the following morning his workmen arrived.

The job was completed without any fuss or bother.

They replaced the worn rollers and discovered the lock had originally been installed upside down.

The lock was taken out and turned around and put back.

A job done efficiently, and the response was immediate.

I am not going to get it right every time but will always try where I can. Please keep your comments coming. Also, please start visiting www.facebook.com/groups/1684336521640396/. This is still very much a work in progress, but we will get there.
