WHAT do you need to get a four-star rating? THE Tourism Grading Council requires the following from any hotel seeking a four-star rating:
ý On-site representative must be contactable 24 hours, seven days per week; ý All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and beverages must be provided from outlets within the complex (may/may not be operated by the property); ý Servicing of rooms seven days a week (this includes linen/towel change, removal of rubbish and cleaning); ý Formal reception area must be provided; ý Bathroom facilities must be en-suite; ý On-site parking with security for guests; ý Universal accessibility.
