Eight blockbuster episodes of ‘Dr Who’

Weekend Witness - - Racing -

GREAT news for fans of the British science fiction series, Doctor Who, is that the second part of season seven is set to air on BBC Entertainment (DStv channel 120) at 7 pm tomorrow night.

There will be eight big, blockbuster movie episodes — each one a brand new epic adventure featuring new monsters and some familiar foes as you’ve never seen them before.

And the best bit — each spectacular episode will be broadcast just 24 hours after its world premiere in the United Kingdom. All this, and there’s a new companion, Clara Oswin Oswald, in tow.

The first new episode is written by the show’s lead writer and executive producer, Steven Moffat, and is directed by Colm McCarthy whose previous credits include Hustle and Spooks. Later adventures in the run include episodes written by Mark Gatiss ( Victory of the Daleks, Night Terrors) and acclaimed author Neil Gaiman.
