I’m a fifth-year med­i­cal stu­dent and I’ve just started my stu­dent in­tern­ship which re­quires me to sit in an hour-long meet­ing ev­ery morn­ing at 7am. I have started bring­ing my WH mag­a­zine along to read and it is hon­estly what gets me through that first hour of the day! I ap­pre­ci­ate the fact that not only are the ar­ti­cles and top­ics sci­en­tif­i­cally valid and rel­e­vant, but they cover ev­ery as­pect of a bal­anced woman’s life! I reread the mag­a­zine sev­eral times over the month and I like to jot down in­ter­est­ing tips I read as I go along. WH mo­ti­vated me to open a gym con­tract last week and I’m al­ready train­ing for my first 10km trail run, a triathlon AND the 94.7 Cy­cle Challenge. Eek! Thank you for mo­ti­vat­ing me to be the strong­est and health­i­est woman I can be – in ev­ery sense. - Na­dine Hugo, Pretoria
