Your mag­a­zine ex­cites and mo­ti­vates me. I have always been fit and ac­tive and af­ter 20 years as a beauty ther­a­pist I made a ca­reer change and got my diploma in ex­er­cise sci­ence. I have worked in a small cor­po­rate gym for al­most four years and ab­so­lutely love it. But as you can imag­ine, try­ing to keep those same peo­ple mo­ti­vated ev­ery day for so long is no easy task. Women’s Health mag­a­zine is an ab­so­lute life­saver for both my­self and the peo­ple I train. I love to try out your ex­er­cises and rou­tines, as well as all the other tips from the mag­a­zine.
